The Council of the EU finally endorsed a revised version of the CSDDD on 15 March, with the Legal Affairs Committee of the EU Parliament following suit on 19 March. The European Parliament's plenary is expected to vote on the CSDDD on 24 April. 

In this webinar, we will discuss what the outcome of the Parliament’s plenary vote means, the key changes made to the CSDDD and its implications for businesses, as well as lessons learned from supply chain due diligence regimes in Germany and France.
