EU Omnibus: changes to CSRD and CSDD under Omnibus I reach the finish line: video

As you will have seen, the European Parliament and Council reached final agreement on the changes to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD or CS3D) earlier this week - at long last.  

In our video, Rachel Barrett, Raza Naeem, Julia Grothaus, and Guillaume Croisant provide a summary of the key changes and some initial thoughts on practical considerations and next steps.
