Webinar: Transition plans in focus
As part of London Climate Action Week, we ran a webinar discussing transition plans and what the evolving regulatory landscape looks like, including in the UK and under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). We also looked at practical legal considerations, including alignment with broader strategies and communications and key legal issues to bear in mind when developing and preparing transition plans.
