ESG Summer School: new podcasts on SFDR and MiFID II changes

Welcome to the latest installment in the Linklaters ESG Summer School 2022 dedicated to disclosure regimes across the globe.

Each week over the summer holiday, we will be releasing new podcasts on different aspects of key disclosure regimes.

This week, we have new podcasts on the:

• final EU SFDR Level 2 technical standards ahead of the 1 January 2023 application date, and the proposals for further amendments in relation to these standards; and   
• incoming ESG-related changes to the MiFID II product governance regime and what firms should be doing to prepare.
