EU CS3D: Financial Services webinar recording on the due diligence obligation and the value chain

We have kicked off a new CS3D webinar series focused on the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D / CSDDD) as it impacts the financial services.

• recapped on the timing of the remaining milestones including national transposition and phase-in of the obligations;
• signposted some of the challenging issues and unanswered questions in the due diligence obligation;
• discussed the challenges of the model contractual clauses; and
