On 6 March 2024, we held a webinar on the FCA's new anti-greenwashing rule.
The new anti-greenwashing rule will apply to all FCA regulated firms. With its entry into force fast approaching (from 31 May 2024), we took a deeper dive into:
- some of the key scoping questions that firms are grappling with;
- the proactive steps that firms will need to be thinking about now to ensure compliance with the rule.
