Our latest Corporate Round-up for UK listed companies gives an overview of key corporate governance and reporting developments over the last year, together with expected impacts and timings. This includes climate change, modern slavery, D&I and other ESG issues, among other things. 

UK listed companies will need to consider and take action on many of these issues, although the priorities of the new government under Prime Minister Liz Truss are just starting to emerge and seem likely to lean towards further deregulation, rather than maintaining all the policies of previous regimes.
