With the ESG enhancements to MiFID II (and other sectoral directives - UCITS, AIFMD, and the insurance directives) applying from August 2022 (except for the product governance changes which must be implemented into national law by November 2022), there's work to be done to factor the obligations into processes, governance and control frameworks.
