Preparing for ESG issues at your 2022 AGM

This year's AGM season promises to be lively on the ESG front, yet again - with climate change and other social and governance issues, such as board diversity and human rights in supply chains, still riding high on shareholders' and investors' agendas.  

These considerations are particularly relevant to director elections and votes on remuneration. In addition, some companies will this year be adding a new “Say on Climate” resolution to their AGM agenda and/or having to deal with activist requests for greater action on other ESG issues.
