In a recent FT article, employee activism is listed as one of "eight essential ESG topics for 2022" - a point we have been making for some time. 

'Workplace activism', as we describe it - noting it is not only activism by employees within the workforce that can drive change in this way - is becoming a defining feature of the workplace for many organisations. Not only is it a business risk, but also an opportunity to drive change, challenge assumptions, and form part of general risk-management, governance and sustainability for businesses.
